By using petemiller.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Products: we describe items as accurately as we can; colors may vary slightly by screen and by the made-to-order print process. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse/cancel an order (we'll refund you if we do).
• Pricing & payment: prices are in USD and may change. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including tax and shipping.
• Orders & fulfillment: orders are produced on demand by Printful and shipped per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
• Returns: governed by our Refund & Return Policy above.
• Acceptable use: don't misuse the site, infringe our or others' IP, or attempt to disrupt it.
• Brand: "Pete Miller" is our own self-aware brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or even aware of any similarly named premium label. Any resemblance is coincidental and, honestly, kind of flattering.
• Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. The site and products are provided "as is."
